Grass ivy and brambles growing up my side fence on council owned land

By the side of my house Bs13 7py on corner of my house brambles ivy and grass on a stretch of council owned land growing up my fence and into my garden. I tried cutting it down a bit today but as I am 76 it's to much for me to manage now. Maybe you can let me know if I can get help with this issue.
