Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6292214.

Car parking illegally making it difficult for wagons to turn into warehouses. This has been reported previously and the council painted double yellows - though most are continuing to ignore them as there is never a warden who comes to check. Daily issues for 6 months
