Priority sign not visible

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6290975.

The ‘priority for oncoming traffic’ sign when heading up the hill has been hit/twisted such that it is not visible when heading up the hill. This is causing chaos as those heading up the hill through the narrow section are not aware they are supposed to give way to traffic coming down the hill.
