Overgrown footpath

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 7 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6289590.

This has been an ongoing problem ever since the houses in white leys close were built and and the footpath created. Brambles, they cover the footpath and encroachment into my property on the other side of the fence. My home is 74 station rd. unfortunately the footpath has no name. Please can you help. Thank you
