Spinning cone at pedestrian crossing box faulty

One of the spinning cones is faulty at one of the pedestrian crossing the boxes. Due to this crossing not being auditory, someone with a visual impairment would rely on the spinning cone to ensure they are safe to cross. The fault could cause significant risk to someone’s safety and independence.
