Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6288994.

At Junction Harehills Lane and Harehills Avenue, traffic lights completely obscured by massive overhanging privet hedge. There was a fatal traffic accident here recently and am surprised the hedge hasn’t been cut right back sooner.
