Dirt in the underpass

Hi, there is a dirt layer of 15 cm or more in the underpass. It was grated after the spring flood. When it's raining, it's very slippery and unsafe to cycle or even walk through. Given it's one of the shortest walks/cycle paths, it's so disappointing that no one has taken action to prevent such flooding or at least clean the dirt.
