I live on Mentieth Close, and recently, children managed to open one of the drainage covers. As a result, my son injured his foot. I’ve attached some pictures for reference. Could you please advise me on how to contact the council to report this issue? If the cover is easy to open, it could lead to more serious injuries in the future. It’s opposite house number 33
