The car in the photo is parked on double yellows and on the pavement, causing an obstruction in an area that is clearly marked with double yellow lines. This happens frequently with many vehicles, if a fire engine tried to access the dead end street it would be impossible. Regular visits from a local authority parking warden would be useful.
