Nowhere to park

I am a community care worker and visit those needing care in their homes. It’s getting increasingly difficult to park near a property because of the number of householders that have opened up their garden and have unofficial dropped kerbs. Between that and not being able to park part on a pavement is impacting service delivery and road use. Whilst blocking empty opened up driveways is not illegal it is not taken to fondly by householders with the potential to anti social behaviour or worse. There limited parking in Hillington as it is so everyone seems to have opened driveway. Solution needed!
