Dangerous signage exiting Milton Keynes Central Station

Reported via desktop in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 00:02, Sat 27 July 2024

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6281642.

There is a give way when exiting the drop-off. There are several issues with this: 1. there is only 1 sign only a few yards after a 90 degree turn. 2. it is on the left hand side and is obscured by the car roof/windscreen pillar. 3. Even if seen, it is NOT clear that you should give way to right turning vehicles coming towards you I assumed as there were no vehicles exiting from the left and the box junction exit was clear that I had right of way - apparently not.

In short the signage for this in unclear and is dangerous. It NEEDS to be resolved before an accident is caused.

I would suggest that the buses need a segregated access/exit road. Perhaps busses could use the bus station just over the road form the railway station?
