Abandoned Range Rover X2 OKE

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6281491.

Vehicle has been here for months, not moving, obstructing the footpath and very close to traffic lights and bus stop. MOT expired in November 2023 - why is this still here? It’s illegally dumped, please get it moved.
