Manhole cover junction of South Street Torre and Lansdowne lane TQ25AA HAS BEEN LOOSE FOR MONTHS EVERY TIME A CAR GOES OVER IT WE HEAR IT THIS IS IRRITATING PLEASE CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED THA NK YOU.
