  • Fix my street says “looks fine from here” but hedge is obstructing pavement. How will wheel chair users/mobility scooters/prams etc get past when the verge becomes wet and muddy? Laws state “hedges should not be allowed to interfere with the passage of pedestrians”. This hedge does as it’s growing over half the pavement. There is no pavement on the other side of the road for people to use
