Making a loud banging noise every time a vehicle goes over it.

  • The noise of this drain is unbearable at night (when windows are open as it is hot). It is continuous during the day with every car going down Tower Hill goes over this particular manhole cover.

  • As reported weeks ago, the sound from the faulty manhole cover is unbearable. Tower Hill is like a motorway, with cars ignoring the speed limit, so we residents in the area have to endure the clanking noise every second of the day and night. Please, please repair this cover.

  • Please get this drain sorted asap. It is driving us mad as we are directly opposite this drain. The constant clang clang of every single car going down Tower Hill means we have to keep our windows closed.
