Reinstate bollard

Drivers are ignoring the no entry sign on the intersection of Sandon Street and Lowther Street, driving over where a bollard was in situ there some time ago, and thus creating a hazard along the street for other cars and cyclists. Please reinstate some sort of bollard at the junction of Sandon and Lowther streets to prevent this from happening.
