Horses are still being ridden along the public footpath despite numerous reports. Please will someone actually "enforce the enforcement notices"? Riders are very hostile if challenged and dogs are being scared. Horse manure can be seen around the woods and on the path; visually-impaired people won’t see it and parents with buggies find it difficult to navigate around it, as the nettles are overgrown on either side of the path.
