The footpath on Cecil road junction with Horns Mill has become impassable. You have walk into the road on a blind bend. Parents with prams or the elderly with walking sticks are have extreme differences in walking by. Only a matter of time.e before a child runs into the road or someone else gets run over having to walk in the road.
