  • How many more reports do you or Thames Water need to fix this severe problem with their leak and your road surface?

Posted anonymously at 16:51, Fri 23 August 2024

  • Thank you for your report. After investigation, the leak was found to be emanating from a private water supply to a nearby property and therefore the responsibility of the property owner. We have been advised by Thames Water that a private contractor will be carrying out repairs on behalf of the property owner on 05/09/24. In the meantime OCC have carried out temporary repairs to the area.
