Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6271919.

This rotting van has been parked in the road at the beginning of Lichfield Drive at the top of Lindthorpe road for months. It is an eyesore and need removing before vandals take it apart.

This issue needs to be raised with the DVLA as it is their clamp in place on the vehicle.
