Parking numerous cars when got a driveway

Putting a car on the side of the road when they have a driveway and Residence that have been living on the street for over 20 years have to park their car all the way up the road so then walk down the road it’s simple put the car that u don’t use on ur driveway and let other people park there it’s getting out of hand the issue has been going on for a year now they think they own it and there is people on the street with disabled signs and they put cones out on street so no one can park there u should have a white box outside ur house like there is one on the street this needs sorting out asap thank u
