  • Please note that the DVLA typically allow a keeper a period of a month in which to renew their tax. Please refrain from reporting untaxed vehicles until this period has expired as no enforcement action can be taken during it. Bromley has the powers to deal with abandoned or untaxed vehicles only. Vehicles without insurance or a MOT should be directed to the Police as we do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence. Note that such incursions are only dealt with by the Police whilst the vehicle is observed being driven.
