Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6271237.

This person has been living in a caravan on Linnet Lane on and off for several months. It is currently located a short way past Mannering Road. There was previously a police raid on the caravan involving the Matrix vans, the van was taken away. They have no returned to the same spot
