Several holes in road by the drain covers

Several holes in road that make the house on the corner shake when HGVs go over them. They are situated just as vehicles come round the corner at the traffic lights from Rawnsley Road into Rugeley Road heading towards Hednesford town centre. The occupant of the house nearby has reported them several times and ineffective attempts have been made to fix the problem Even the Google map image dated 2012 shows them in the same condition they are today Clearly an ongoing problem..
