The grassy area behind the bus stop on Anerley Hill near Crystal Palace station is constantly covered in rubbish - which today includes a rotting sheep's head! This is not only disgusting to see but in this heat must surely must be a health hazard.The are used rarely cleaned. More bins might help but regular litter removal is definitely needed.
