Heavy litter Fore Street / flytipping on side streets

1) Heavy weeds have trapped and buried litter along the entire southern edge of Fore St.

2) The only street bin, at the west end, is overflowing with spillage.

3) This litter has additionally spread south into Scotstoun & Methil St.

4) Reported flytipping on Scotstoun St (black bags) is growing and some bags have now split (seagulls/rats).

5) Reported flytipping on Methil St (kitchen unit?) still lying.

6) You cut the grass plot to east of the street. You did not de-litter it before cutting. It is full of now shredded litter.

In short, this whole area is a shambles. Please attend to all issues as noted, thanks.
