Builders parking everyday on sycamore path

Close to 593 few doors down building works being undertaken for the last month builders are squeezing a van up the path and causing inconvenience and obstruction and possibly blocking emergency services, today one shop back door was open against the van we had to close the door to pass I have now a few times asked them to stop parking, today a lady came out of the building site no hard hat no high vis and told me I must have no life, they have put a shoddy roof on the extension not sure building control would sign it off, please ask them to stop parking they say as not parking controls they can park but I have twice seen cars get tickets so I know your guys walk down there it is also very prone to fly tipping so the council are always there clearing it
