Overgrown hedges

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6268771.

This is the 2nd time this has been reported outside no 2 blagrove cres, people with prams , wheelchairs or disabled people, have to get in the road to walk past as the hedges are so overgrown with brambles too, a disabled man struggled to get past yesterday and almost fell over, but some one helped him, this is not acceptable, it is now URGENT
