Utility cabinet broken.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6266846.

The cover has once again fallen off the green electrical cabinet, leaving the internal wiring exposed. Please be aware that this is a recurring fault as the "repair" on each occasion has been to use tape to secure the cover.
