3rd time reporting. Will the council please assist

There really IS a need for EXTRALARGE community bins to be placed in the alley at the Priory rd end of Holbeck Street. This was passed on to refuse collectors via yourselves..outcome ONE big black bin arrived, when emptied NOT replaced! House bins are going walkabout @ only ONE recycle bin collected last time in the whole of street. NEED BOTH BIFFA STYLE BINS FOR COMMINITY OVERFLOW & COMMUNITY RECYCLING BINS. These need emptying and REPLACED BACK. You need to send people out to look at the filth in the alleys as everything is dumped ,sickening , please bear in mind some people are using the alleyways for their own BIG dogs to run free and they WILL chase at you. Maybe this can be addressed in form of leaflets in the area re dogs roaming free using alley as their own yard .
