Faded red road and lack of 20mph markings

Broadland Drive is a 20mph zone however almost no drivers adhere to this limit, previously we had a red area marked on the road which helped to focus drivers on the limit, this is now so faded that it is nearly visible. It would be appreciated if this could be recovered in red and if possible have 20MPH noted within it to clearly advise drivers that they are entering this limited area.
