Overgrown footpaths

The footpaths around us are very overgrown and not maintained making it impossible to walk safely, and in certain instances they are completely impassable. Who is responsible for the upkeep?

    The first Footpath is from Brampton Hill Farm towards Church Brampton The next location is down from Hill Farm and there is a signpost saying Five Ways Bridle Post Once there, you can see 3 x footpaths that are overgrown
    From the Bridleway, there is a footpath to Tank Farm which cannot be used atall Upon walking thru this a walker tripped and hurt her leg
