Overgrown hedge + tree

Where the back pad tarmac footpath starts at the astill lodge road shops end about 20 paces in on the right there is an overgrown hanging bush blocking half the footpath and then a bit further down where the compressed stone nature path joins it there is about a 4 inch diameter branch with overhanging nasty sharp twigs that needs removing and simply placing in the open area to the rear of it to naturally rot

I have reported the latter twice before so would be grateful if you could arrange to have these two issues sorted especially before schools restart
