Flytipping and pavements not wept Livingstone Road

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6259452.

Every other day rubbish is left at the bottom of road entrance from Hoe Street, added to that shopkeepers keep putting bread, rice etc for the birds to eat. In general the pavements are not swept. I remember a time the road sweeper would actually sweep the pavements.
