  • Still there Wednesday 30/7/24 evening. This is not advertising an event in the car park and so does not have Permitted Development Rights planning permission. If it does not have the owners permission, Bromley Council, it is criminal flyposting. It would take about 30 seconds to remove as has been done to the banner on railings at Blandford Rd jct Beckenham Rd. The longer it is up the more it is achieving the flyposter's objectives.
