Parking on pavements on a blind bend

Causing problems for drivers pulling out of tatefield place, drivers pulling into and out of the hall parks road, it’s on a blind bend as it is and also as they are on the path too it is causing issues for wheelchair users, prams and pedestrians. It’s all since the detached house opposite got purchased, although why you would buy a property that cannot accommodate all your vehicles is beyond me
