Lots of rubbish including gas cannisters

Lots of rubbish being dumped regularly by youths parking up and discarding their gas canisters / takeaway food rubbish next to the abandoned land.
Causing an environmental issue as it’s becoming an ideal territory for foxes and rates.
Negatively affecting the neighbouring properties, public walkway and community.

No action has been taken - from time to time street cleaners do remove the rubbish from the road, but nothing's happened yet since I reported this - please let me know, thanks
