Horse in field adjoining Rycote Lane and Thame Road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6255196.

This morning I spotted what looks like a brown horse or pony but not a piebald horse in the field behind Thame Cars which adjoins Rycote Lane and Thame Road. I have never see a horse in this field before and wanted to check it is meant to be there and is not associated with an encampment.
