Overgrown hedge

The hedge at the road crossing is making it very difficult to cross the road safely as you cannot clearly see if cars are coming. This is a 40mph road and the crossing is used regularly to get to Knighton park. The location is the crossing on kingsmead close that allows you to cross over Palmerston way (the one that is not traffic lighted). You basically have to stick your head out into the road to see if there’s oncoming traffic to see around the hedge / bushes at the side of the road.
