Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6252869.

Cars still in parking bays with no permit (in various states of disrepair from garages on Arundel Road) these vehicles were reported yesterday and have still not been moved. Illegally parked as maximum stay in bays is 2hrs with ticket. Cars now also parked on double yellow lines on opposite side of road. Can something be done about this ongoing problem?
