Ongoing issue of flytipping

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6249900.

Ongoing issue of flytipping at Seawall Road, Tremorfa (to the side and rear of the steelworks). Not sure how often the Council attends site, but it seems to be a continuous problem.

I recently had to replace a tyre on my car because of a puncture caused by the debris strewn across this road
