Builders sacks of waste

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6249820.

3x large blue and yellow Selco builders sacks flytipped at the roadside. Has been there for a number of days. Location next to the underpass at Glyn Coed Road, Llanedeyrn/Pentwyn. Unable to take photo as I was driving at the time. At least one of the sacks appeared to have an amount of cardboard in it. Unable to see the contents of the other sacks
