Inadequate signage

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6247313.

Road closed at London Road West. No signage for traffic joining at Northend junction resulting in residents having to drive to closure to turn around and return to travel via bypass! The signs from the bypass only indicate “Road Closed Ahead” no indication of where closure is! These roadworks have been popping up along the London Road for the last few weeks causing chaos. Also lane closures on the bypass don’t help. Is there actually any planning going on? Residents are being penalised. Time, money and environmental impacts.
