Car driving on cylce track

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6247160.

I was returning from school with my primary school child cycling home, on the CYCLE TRACK ahead of us was a Volvo travelling around 40/50mph matching speeds of vehicles on Bypass causing dust and small stones to be kicked up into my child's face, my child was extremely stressed and burst out crying. This vehicle then stopped alongside many other parked vehicles the male driver got out and walked down to the riverside. This is outrageously dangerous and needs attention immediately before someone is seriously injured or killed.
