Daily new dog excrement along footpath between underpass and Oscar Wilde Road.

There is new dog excrement daily on this section of footpath, something needs to be done to discourage people from leaving their dog's mess and / or penalise people who are doing it. Judging from the consistent size / colour of the mess, it could quite possibly be the same dog.
