Stone chippings strewn over footpath and cycle path

This part of Victoria Road was top dressed (hope that's correct) 6 weeks ago. On the actual day it was not pleasant for pedestrians and cyclists being consumed in clouds of dust and stone debris (not many drivers adhered to the speed limit). 6 weeks later there is lots of gravel remaining on the footpath making it rather difficult and in some cases dangerous to navigate. I am disabled and had to really concentrate otherwise I may have slipped or fallen.
