Surface damage around surface water grate.

Road surface has broken up around surface water grate and as such the grate is now loose. There is a load noise each time a vehicle drives over the grate. The problem is getting worse with every car that passes. The grate is no longer properly seated and is therefore loose. If it is dislodged there will be a deep / very dangerous hole in the road. Please repair asap. Thank you!

    This has got worse since it was reported and really needs to be repaired asap. It is also incredibly noisy when vehicles drive over it. There is also a pot hole just before this (see photo 3).
