The photo speaks for itself. We've had a number of local residents and visitors complaining that it feels unsafe when people are trying to pass each other, whether on bikes, prams, horse or on foot on the pencaitland railway path. The worst sections urgently need attention to make it safe for pedestrians and cyclists alike.
