Completely blocked pavement

Multiple LGVs parked entirely on pavement completely blocking pedestrians. This has happening all the time and means people have to walk in the fast 3 lane road. Install bollards or actually do some enforcement. Ridiculously dangerous accessing the bus stop or train station on a daily basis.
