Footpath along the busway

The hedges have recently been cut but at the bottom of the hedge there is thorns and nettles spreading along the path also branches it needs cutting back as you end up getting prickled it needs cutting back and the road sweeper right along that path i reported this months ago it was done but its going back to how it was originally it needs to be done regulary
